The CotM is a weekly list of the best posts on the mobile blogosphere. Every week the list is hosted at a different blog (which is usually one of the contributers to the carnival). This initiative has been around for about 2 years, and it's a great way to get updated qucikly, so check them out (I also added a permanent link to them in the right pane under "Blogroll").
